REFUNDS/ EXCHANGES (U.S.) WITHIN 30 DAYS
Apparel can be returned no questions asked, up to 15 days for in-store credit or exchange. Please reach out to email@example.com in order to get the process started.
No big deal, just send it back and let us know what size you need instead. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate the exchange.
DAMAGED/ DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT
We will offer a full replacement for any unworn, unwashed apparel with defects such as holes, tears, loose strings, or design flaws Please contact our customer service at email@example.com so they can correct this for you right away! We do ask that you provide pictures to help us fix the issue on our end.
CHANGE YOUR MIND?
If you changed your mind and decided to cancel an order, it must be done BEFORE your order has shipped. To cancel an order, please contact Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know what you wish to do. They will be happy to process your cancellation and refund. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method that was used at the time of purchase.
